Clinical skincare solutions
Dr. Nora Siegal was born and raised in New York City where she also completed a combined MD-PhD program. She then became one of only ~650 surgeons to complete an ASOPRS fellowship in Oculoplastic Surgery. She later moved to Lancaster, PA where she opened her own solo practice LNC Oculoplastics. She is a mother to 2 young boys who keep her busy when she’s out of the office.

Dr. Siegal is the owner and sole provider at LNC Oculoplastics. She is committed to a personalized approach to both functional and cosmetic surgery of the eyelids and orbit. She believes that good skin care is an integral component of aging gracefully and also of cosmetic outcome in facial plastic surgery. This was the impetus behind her branded skin care line.
