Shipping and Return Policies

Domestic Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. We utilize USPS for all shipments within the United States. There is a flat fee for shipping which will be applied at checkout. Customers should receive their orders in 3–8 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date of dispatch. Please confirm billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

 

Return Policy

We do everything we can to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly return/exchange damaged or defective goods.

Please email us to begin the process. Your request must be made within 30 days of your purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of used products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Costs to return items are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 2148 Embassy Drive, Suite 200, Lancaster, PA 17603.


Exchanges
 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
